Products Description

Synthesized from exclusive special resins, KL-17 is a modified hot melt adhesive suitable for coating on PET, PVC and PEI. It shows no surface tack at room temperature; when pressed at high temperatures, it creates reliable and firm bonds, and is widely used across industries with remarkable adhesion properties.

Operating Steps

1. Ensure the substrate surface is clean, dust-free, and oil-free.  
2. Apply/screen print/spray the adhesive onto the substrate. 

3.Bake at 90-110 degrees Celsius for 1-2 minutes to evaporate solvents or moisture. 

4. A: Roll up (with cooling rollers) ☞ Apply release film ☞ For sale/Laminate within 6 months 
B: Lamination: Hot pressing (100-170 degrees Celsius for 1 minute) ☞ Curing (175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes / 50-60 degrees
Celsius for 24 hours) 

5. After standing for 24 hours, conduct relevant tests.Packing & Delivery
