Hot Melt Adhesive

KL-18 is a premium modified hot melt adhesive made from specialized resins, which can be coated onto PET, PVC and PEI. It possesses no initial tack at room temperature and achieves outstanding bonding effect under high temperature pressing.

Operating Steps

1.Clean the base material surface thoroughly to remove dust, grease and impurities.
2. Coat, screen-print or spray the glue evenly on the base material.
3. Heat dry it at 90-110℃ for 1 to 2 minutes to volatilize solvent and water content.
4. Option 1: Cool with cooling rollers, attach release film, then store or use for lamination within half a year.
Option 2: Complete lamination via hot pressing at 100-170℃ for 1 minute, then cure at 175℃ for 40 minutes or 50-60℃ for 24 hours.
5. Carry out performance tests after 24 hours of placement.
